The Gumball 3000 event in Ho Chi Minh City drew a large crowd of supercar enthusiasts, not only because of the luxurious journey but also due to the presence of rare and captivating vehicles.

More than 100 supercars from across the globe gathered in Vietnam for this event. On the morning of September 15, the convoy began its journey through five countries: Vietnam, Cambodia, Thailand, Malaysia, and will conclude in Singapore.

Before officially starting, from September 14, the supercars were on public display, drawing thousands of fans to admire and take photos.

One of the standout vehicles was the McLaren 765LT Spider, owned by Singaporean entrepreneur Amanda Toh Steckler. The car, featuring a refined design and striking color, was upgraded by McLaren's special operations division - MSO.

The bright green Lamborghini Aventador will be driven by Maximillion Cooper, the founder of Gumball 3000, and will lead the convoy throughout the journey.

The 2024 Gumball 3000 journey gathered over 100 supercars of various types, but none of the participants were from Vietnam.

According to gathered information, the cost to join this prestigious supercar journey is up to $100,000 per two-person team, equivalent to about 2.5 billion VND.

This year's Gumball 3000 is not only a showcase of luxurious supercars but also a meeting place for enthusiasts of speed, technology, and art.

The Gumball 3000 event, held on Le Loi Street, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City, attracted thousands of participants thanks to the presence of over 100 supercars from around the world.

From the afternoon of September 14, the area drew a large number of supercar lovers and young people to admire and take photos.

Mr. Dang Le Nguyen Vu, Chairman of Trung Nguyen Coffee Group, brought 16 supercars to the event, including Ferrari models and a pair of Ford GTs with a total value exceeding 120 billion VND. To display this collection, the coffee entrepreneur had to spend a significant amount of money.
